3. Responsibilities

Scivi Travel is responsible for:

• managing logistics and partners on the ground
• supporting the delivery of the program as designed

Schools and group leaders are responsible for:

• student supervision and discipline
• academic framing and educational objectives
• ensuring participants meet travel and documentation requirements

Clear roles are discussed and agreed upon before each program.

4. Health and safety

We prioritize safety in program design and operations.

However, participants should understand that travel involves inherent risks.

Participants are expected to:

• follow guidance from staff and local partners
• comply with local laws and regulations
• inform us of relevant medical or dietary needs in advance

We reserve the right to adjust or cancel activities if safety conditions require it.

5. Payments and pricing

Program pricing is provided in proposals and confirmed prior to booking.

Payment terms (including deposits and timelines) are agreed upon with each client.

Any payment made to Scivi Travel is considered acceptance of the agreed program scope and these Terms and Conditions.

Prices may be affected by external factors such as exchange rates, transport costs, or supplier changes. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Changes and cancellations

Changes to programs may occur due to:

• weather or environmental conditions
• local operational constraints
• partner availability
• health or safety considerations

We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives where possible.

Cancellation terms are defined in individual program agreements where applicable.

7. Force majeure
